Original title is original.
I played around in GIMP, just to see what I could make when I threw different effects and brushes together, and ended up with something I didn't want to scrap.

The upside is I came out with something I really liked. The downside is that I didn't feel like making Twilight's cutie mark as a vector and ended up using one that I downloaded forever and a half ago.

If you recognize it, let me know and I'll credit you, otherwise all I can say is that I didn't make the vector.
